The Event

About the Rally

The Ulysses National Rally is to be held each year between January 1st and June 30th at a different venue.  The 2019 National Rally is the first under the Rally banner; these events were formally known as AGM Events.  The Rally has formal fixtures in place for certain days of the event. Included are the Extended National Committee meeting on the Friday, the Grand Parade and Civic Welcome Ceremony on Saturday morning and the Annual General Meeting itself on Saturday afternoon.
There are also the regular components of the event held throughout the week.   A “Meet and Greet” gathering of members during the week as well as the Saturday night dinner with entertainment.  On Sunday a morning a church service is conducted immediately before the Closing Ceremony. These will be followed by the volunteers’ lunch.
Additionally, the club provides members with worthwhile information and fun.  Included is the Road Safety Forum, trade displays, bike manufacturers’ test rides, organised rides, food vendors, social gatherings, karaoke and ‘red faces’;  all of which have been included in past events.  Club members, including overseas members, travel vast distances to attend our weeklong gathering. Remember the journey is as important as the destination.
All members are encouraged to attend the Rally and experience the whole atmosphere, environment and ambience of the gathering, together with several thousand like-minded individuals, all intent on having a great time.  Members are also encouraged to attend the actual Annual General Meeting itself and involve themselves in the business of the Club and election of the National Committee.
Previous AGM (now Rally) Events have been held in Townsville, Albany, Hobart, Nuriootpa, Alice Springs, Mildura, Canberra, and Launceston for example.


Check In
  • All arrivals must report to Check-in at Gate 3 which will be clearly marked on Racecourse Rd.
  • Once you are checked in you will receive your Rally ID, Lanyard, and Welcome Pack.
  • Please make sure you have your registration receipts or your membership card, to allow for quick processing through the gate.
  • The Campground Team will then escort you to the campground spaces if you are camping in a tent or RV/Caravan.
  • Pre-ordered merchandise can be collected from the Commemorative Merchandise Stand located within Indoor Traders, Ground Level, Grandstand. 
  • The Gear Shop and Commemorative Merchandise stands will be located side-by-side.  The stands will commence operating from Tuesday 26th February 2019 @ 9.00am.
