GEAR SHOP & COMMEMORATIVE MERCHANDISE

The Gear Shop & Commemorative Merchandise Stands will be located side-by-side in the Indoor Traders area located on Ground Floor of Grandstand. These stands will be open from TUESDAY 26th FEBRUARY – FRIDAY 1ST MARCH 2019 from 9.00am – 5.00pm each day.

EXTENDED NATCOM MEETING

The Extended NatCom Meeting will be held on Friday 1st March 2019 in the Gunnamatta Room, Level 1 Grandstand. The meeting will commence at 10.00am. If you are a branch representative attending this meeting and are not registering for the National Rally, please contact the National Secretary – Henry Rokx to organise access to the meeting.

ACCESS TO CAMPSITE BY SETUP VOLUNTEERS

Access to the Campsite will be limited in the Set-Up Period 21st – 24th February 2019. To camp onsite during Set-Up, volunteers must work minimum 4 hour every day.
Any volunteers who are commencing duties on Thursday 21st February will only have access from 8.00am of that day. To avoid any embarrassment of being turned away from the site, we request volunteers do not arrive at site until requested.
